Individual therapy is tailored to your needs. Sessions are 50 minutes long. We work together to determine the optimal frequency and course of therapy.

- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) - focused on identifying and shifting unhelpful thinking and behaviour patterns
- Schema Therapy - a variant of CBT focused on longstanding thinking patterns or core beliefs that are unhelpful and creating current problems and distress
- Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) - based on CBT with a greater emphasis on emotional regulation and interpersonal and social functioning
- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) - uses acceptance and mindfulness strategies, together with commitment and behavior change strategies, to increase psychological flexibility
- Mindfulness-based strategies- emphasis on being present-focused, non-judgmental, non-reactive, and accepting of our own experience
- Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) - focused on increasing emotional awareness and emotion regulation
