Bryan Grant, M.Sc.
Pursuing licensure as a psychological associate, I am currently working under the supervision of Dr. Lee providing individual therapy.
I have clinical expertise in treating anxiety, post-traumatic stress, depression, adjustment disorders, psychosis, and substance use. I also have an interest in rehabilitation psychology and working with clients with chronic pain and other chronic health conditions.
As we all differ in how we approach and respond to our world, I believe no one therapeutic style works best for every client. For that reason, I have trained in several different therapies, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness therapy, narrative therapy, emotion focused therapy (EFT), and motivational interviewing (MI).
I believe that meeting clients where they are at and deciding together which approach to use, allows them to take ownership and have the most autonomy in their care. This tailoring coupled with my theoretical orientation has been successful in helping clients overcome problems, connect with their values, and seek meaning in their lives.
